The Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, in conjunction with emergency management, public security, and market supervision departments, launched a special campaign to crack down on illegal skid-mounted refueling points. In 2025, based on leads from Sinopec, 21 such points were investigated, of which 13 were added to the regulatory register, 5 were newly registered, 2 had no facilities found, and 1 was dealt with across regions.
