Four districts in Xingtai City, including Xiangdu District and Xindu District, jointly issued a notice to launch a special campaign to crack down on illegal gas stations, focusing on unlicensed skid-mounted refueling devices, self-built oil storage tanks, and mobile refueling vehicles. The notice explicitly states that any skid-mounted stations without a "Retail Operation Approval Certificate for Refined Oil Products" and a "Hazardous Chemicals Operation License" will be shut down, and those illegally storing or selling substandard oil products will be severely punished. Since the start of the campaign, 12 illegal skid-mounted stations have been sealed off, and 8 mobile refueling vehicles have been impounded, effectively curbing the "black oil" phenomenon and ensuring safe production and market order.
