Taicang City has introduced new policies to strictly control the compliance boundaries of self-operated skid-mounted gas stations by enterprises.
The Taicang Municipal Government has officially issued the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Supervision of Skid-Mounted Refueling Stations for Enterprises' Own Use," clarifying the definition, technical standards, and regulatory responsibilities for skid-mounted stations. The document emphasizes that they must comply with GB50156-2021 and SH/T3134-2023 standards, and strictly prohibits external operation, limiting their use to internal company vehicles only. Enterprises are required to establish safety records, regularly inspect explosion-proof and fire-fighting systems, and be included in the joint supervision of multiple departments, including emergency management, fire protection, and commerce. This move aims to prevent safety risks, regulate the refined oil market, and provide a model for supervision in similar cities across the country.
